What Our Member Groups Are Saying…

Thank you for all your help and support along the way! The climate community is so amazing! We are definitely stronger working together!

Bruno Leps

Neighbours for the Planet
Your generousity in sharing info has made such a difference to our learning curve. It’s like you reached down and lifted us up making us realize it is possible to organize a community event and get people excited about taking action for the environment.

Mary Anne

Beach United Church
Thank you so much for connecting us to Paul. We met last week for an hour and he reviewed all the steps needed to incorporate. It was immensely helpful!

Carrie

Neighbours for the Planet
They were a great help during REmarket with a number of our volunteers, partners and visitors commenting how nice it was to see such bright dynamic young people involved. They lightened the load for the volunteers and added a ray of sunshine.

Bruno

SLNA Waste Reduction Group
We had paid employees for 8 weeks at no cost to us, something we would never have been able to do on our own. They tackled a project that ECA has been wanting to do since we formed but was beyond our group of volunteers who all have jobs or other commitments.

Joseph

Etobicoke Climate Action
We really appreciate your support and the kindness of the GNN staff! It’s been a real pleasure being one of our new members and I look forward to continuing to be part of the GNN community!

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We respectfully acknowledge this land and the history of the many Indigenous peoples who have lived here for millennia. The meeting place of Toronto - from the Kanienʼkéha (Mohawk) word Tkaronto - remains the home of many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to be here together to share and to care for the land – Chi Miigwetch.
