We are a diverse group of community members, artists, artisans, environmentalists, educators, academics, community arts workers, planners, film and textile workers, professional organizers, and dedicated residents and volunteers who see the need for sustainable change and who have a vision of how this can be done! We have a group who are now meeting as a collective to work through the ideas and possibilities, and apply for grants for a feasibility study prior to setting up a steering committee and Social Enterprise Board. Several of us have been working on this dream of a Creative Reuse Centre for many years. In the meantime, we continue teaching others creative reuse and repair techniques.
