Are you curious about deep retrofits? Join us on September 9 at 12 p.m. for our Deep Retrofit Challenge Case Study: Toronto Community Housing webinar.

We’ll share Toronto’s strategy to reduce local greenhouse gas emissions and provide an overview of the City’s Deep Retrofit Challenge (DRC). The City will provide an overview of TransformTO, the current state of GHG emissions in Toronto, and details regarding the Deep Retrofit Challenge (DRC). TAF will then spotlight their collaboration with the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) on the Sparroway project, one of six participants of the DRC. Learn about how TAF supported TCHC in delivering their first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) retrofit, the benefits and challenges of using IPD on a large-scale retrofit, and the use of social contractors for this project.
