EcoFair celebrates sustainable living and environmental initiatives, showcasing local green businesses and projects. This event brings together the community for a day of learning, sharing, and celebrating progress towards a greener future.
The Role
Type: Volunteer
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented volunteer with a knack for data organization to manage our member database. This role is crucial for keeping our network informed and engaged as we prepare for EcoFair 2024.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the EcoFair member database to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Implement data entry protocols and assist in the development of database management best practices.
- Generate reports and lists as needed for event planning and member communication.
- Ensure data privacy and security measures are strictly adhered to.
- Work closely with the communications and event planning teams to use the database effectively for event outreach and member engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience with database management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and organized data.
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in environmental issues and event management is a plus.
